How can I purchase a Carey Guide subscription?

Carey Guides are distributed on a subscription basis.  All 33 titles are scheduled for release by late spring, 2010.  16 Guides have been published and distributed to subscribers.  The remaining 17 Guides are currently in the production process.  Future publications will be distributed to subscribers in groups of 4 as new titles are released.  New subscribers will immediately receive all previously released titles!
